By accessing RiseCart Pro, you agree to comply with the rules governed by RealRise (SMC-Private) Limited.
- Account Eligibility & Fees: Users must provide accurate billing and identity details during store purchase or affiliate registration. The affiliate registration requires a non-refundable one-time account setup fee to maintain platform services and dashboard access.
- Affiliate Program Rules: Promotion must be clean and ethical. Spamming, creating fraudulent self-purchases via own links, or misrepresenting product specifications will lead to immediate account suspension and withholding of unpaid commissions.
- Pricing & Stock: RiseCart Pro reserves the right to modify product pricing, setup fees, commissions, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.
شرائط و ضوابط
رائز کارٹ پرو استعمال کرنے کا مطلب ہے کہ آپ رئیل رائز (ایس ایم سی-پرائیویٹ) لمیٹڈ کے قوانین کی پاسداری کرنے کے پابند ہیں۔
- اکاؤنٹ کی اہلیت اور فیس: خریداری یا افیلیٹ رجسٹریشن کے وقت صارف کو درست نام، پتہ اور معلومات فراہم کرنا لازمی ہے۔ افیلیٹ پروگرام کا ڈیش بورڈ استعمال کرنے کے لیے ایک بار کی سیٹ اپ فیس لاگو ہوگی جو کہ ناقابلِ واپسی (Non-refundable) ہے۔
- افیلیٹ پروگرام کے اصول: مصنوعات کی تشہیر قانونی اور اخلاقی دائرے میں ہونی چاہیے۔ اپنے ہی لنک سے خود خریداری کرنا یا غلط بیانی کرنا ممنوع ہے، ایسا کرنے پر اکاؤنٹ بلاک کر دیا جائے گا۔
- قیمتیں اور اسٹاک: رائز کارٹ پرو کو یہ حق حاصل ہے کہ وہ بغیر کسی پیشگی اطلاع کے مصنوعات کی قیمتوں، سیٹ اپ فیس، ڈسکرپشن یا کمیشن کی شرح میں تبدیلی کر سکے۔
