1. Account Registration & Security

• To access the affiliate dashboard and product store, users must create an account providing accurate, complete, and updated legal information (Name, Email, and Mobile Number).
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any unauthorized activity must be reported to the admin immediately.

2. Registration Fee & Activation Policy

• RiseCart Pro requires a one-time, non-refundable registration fee for membership activation.
• Accounts enter a "Locked" state upon signup. Activation occurs only after manual or automated verification of the Transaction ID (TID) and payment receipt by the RealRise (SMC-Pvt) Ltd admin team.
• Refund Policy: Since registration unlocks instant access to digital assets, affiliate links, and commission structures, the activation fee is 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Affiliate Network & Tiered Commission Structure

• Members earn commissions by generating sales through their unique affiliate links.
• Tier 1 Earnings: Direct commissions from individual sales.
• Tier 2/Referral Bonuses: Rewards unlocked upon successfully building active sub-teams (e.g., completing 5 verified team sales or referrals), subject to daily verification limits set by the system dashboard.
• Any manipulation, automated bot traffic, or fake signups to cheat the referral bonus system will result in permanent account suspension without payout.

4. Withdrawals & Payouts

• All earnings are credited to the user's secure wallet on the Member Dashboard in PKR.
• Withdrawals can be requested via local payment channels, including EasyPaisa, JazzCash & Bank Accounts.
• RealRise (SMC-Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to audit transactions before clearing instant or daily withdrawal requests to prevent fraud.

5. Store Purchases, Pricing & Shipping

• All product prices are displayed in PKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• A flat shipping charge applies to physical orders at checkout. Digital products do not incur shipping.
• Physical orders: flat shipping of PKR 300 shown at cart and checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for dispatch times, couriers, and tracking.
• Returns and exchanges for physical goods are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy (7-day window, conditions, and shipping cost rules).
• Refunds for eligible store orders are described in our Refund Policy.
• Estimated order fulfillment turnaround: Up to 12 business days from payment confirmation (verification 1–2 days, dispatch 2–3 days, delivery 3–7 days). See Shipping & Delivery.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

For payment disputes, duplicate charges, or order issues related to store purchases, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info.realrise@gmail.com or 03193517141 with your order number and payment proof. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Unresolved disputes may be escalated per applicable Pakistani consumer and banking regulations.
