Corporate Entity & Platform Overview

RiseCart Pro is owned and operated under RealRise (SMC-Private) Limited, a corporate entity incorporated under the laws of Pakistan and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). By accessing or using RiseCart Pro, whether as a retail buyer or a registered seller, you agree to be bound by these legal terms and operating guidelines.

Retail Customer Terms (Physical & Digital Shopping)

• Physical Products Handling: Customers can browse and order physical items without mandatory account registration using Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Delivery Fee Policy:
  • Orders below PKR 3,000 qualify for Free Shipping across Pakistan.
  • Orders equal to or exceeding PKR 3,000 incur standard delivery charges, which are explicitly communicated and confirmed via phone or message prior to dispatch.
• Digital Product Deliveries: Purchasing digital products (such as skill courses, e-books, or digital tools) requires creating a Free Customer Account. Digital access is granted exclusively after manual payment verification by Admin. All digital transactions are final and non-refundable once files are accessible in the user dashboard.

SaaS Seller Subscription & Dashboard Rights

• Annual Subscription Plan: The PKR 2,800/year subscription provides a non-transferable, 1-year (365 days) license to access the Seller Dashboard, unique referral links, downloadable video ad creatives, link click analytics, and payout management tools.
• Strict Non-Refundable Subscription: Once a seller dashboard is provisioned and access credentials are key-generated, the PKR 2,800 annual subscription fee becomes strictly non-refundable.
• Expiration & Renewal Terms: Seller dashboard access and active tracking links expire automatically after 365 days. Sellers are advised to process subscription renewals prior to expiration to prevent tracking link disconnections. Accumulated ledger balances remain safe in the seller account during expiration.

Seller Profit Settlement & Financial Rules

• Earned Net Profit Structure (Not Standard Affiliate Commission): RiseCart Pro is a managed e-commerce ecosystem, not a traditional affiliate program offering minor percentage commissions. Sellers receive substantial, high-margin net profits on every item sold. All backend operational expenses—including wholesale product costs, courier delivery fees, applicable taxes, and a nominal PKR 50 to PKR 100 platform management fee—are pre-calculated and deducted by Admin beforehand. The exact Net Profit figure displayed in your Seller Dashboard is 100% yours to keep with zero hidden deductions.
• 100% Completed Sales Requirement: Net profits are credited strictly on completed, delivered, and non-returned orders. If a customer cancels an order, rejects delivery, or initiates a valid return, no profit is generated for that order.
• 10 to 15 Days Clearance Window: Due to courier company settlement timelines and return verification windows, seller net profits clear into withdrawable balance within 10 to 15 days post-delivery.

Marketing, Advertising & Compliance Obligations

• Media License: Subscribed sellers are granted a limited license to use official RiseCart Pro product videos, imagery, and landing links for social media distribution.
• Paid Advertising Disclaimer: Sellers are encouraged to utilize organic marketing channels. Sellers who choose to execute Paid Ad Campaigns (Facebook/TikTok Ads) do so independently at their own financial risk. Sellers must ensure they have advertising proficiency and that net profit margins exceed their ad spend. RiseCart Pro is not liable for advertising losses incurred by sellers.
• Non-Investment Guarantee: RiseCart Pro is strictly a product-commerce and software ecosystem. It does not offer guaranteed financial returns, daily interest payouts, or multi-level recruitment bonuses.

Return & Exchange Compliance

Physical items are eligible for return or exchange strictly if they remain unopened, undamaged, and sealed in their original manufacturer packaging. Used or opened products cannot be returned. Digital downloads and annual SaaS seller fees are completely non-refundable.
