This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply for purchases on RiseCart Pro operated by REALRISE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED.
1. Store Orders (Physical & Digital Products)
- Eligible physical product returns are handled under our Returns & Exchange Policy (7-day window, unused condition).
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or bank account within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect returned goods.
- If we cancel an order before dispatch (e.g. stock unavailable), a full refund of the product and shipping amount paid will be issued.
- Digital products delivered instantly are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the product is defective as verified by our team.
2. Payment Gateway (PayFast / Bank Transfer)
- For card or wallet payments processed via PayFast or other gateways, refunds follow the same eligibility rules above and may take additional time depending on your bank or wallet provider.
- For payment disputes or duplicate charges, contact info.realrise@gmail.com within 7 days with order number and proof.
3. Membership Registration Fee
The one-time affiliate membership activation fee is non-refundable once the account is activated and dashboard access is granted. See Terms & Conditions Section 2.
4. Partial Refunds & Shipping
- Original flat shipping fees (PKR 300) are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns unless the return is due to our error.
- Promotional discounts are refunded proportionally on approved returns.
