SaaS Platform & Identity

RiseCart Pro operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology portal managed by RealRise (SMC-Private) Limited, an SECP-registered corporate entity in Pakistan. Subscription to the seller portal grants access to digital tools, product marketing assets, and sales tracking software to sale products listed on the RiseCart Pro store.

Annual Subscription Fee & Non-Refundable Access

• Subscription Rate: The SaaS seller portal fee is PKR 2,800 / Year (365 calendar days).
• Strict Non-Refundable Policy: Once payment is verified and your seller dashboard account is generated, the PKR 2,800 subscription fee becomes strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as digital software credentials and infrastructure access are granted immediately.
• Account Expiration & Renewal: Subscription access expires automatically after 1 year. Sellers must submit their annual renewal payment to maintain active unique selling links, dashboard access, and tracking tools. If an account expires, recorded balances remain safely stored until renewal.

Seller Dashboard Tools & UI Display

Subscribed sellers receive 1-year access to a dedicated Seller Dashboard featuring:

• Complete access to physical and digital product catalogs.
• Transparent UI displaying exact retail prices and generous net earnings per product—far exceeding standard affiliate commission rates. All backend costs (wholesale, courier, taxes, and a flat PKR 50–100 platform fee) are pre-deducted by Admin, guaranteeing you receive 100% of the displayed net profit upon completed delivery.
• Unique Referral Selling Links for every product.
• 1-Click Downloadable Video Ads for promotion.
• Real-time link click analytics, sales performance metrics, balance ledger, and direct withdrawal request management.

Profit Eligibility & 100% Completed Sales Requirement

• Completed Sales Only: Seller Net Profits are earned strictly on actual, completed, delivered, and non-returned orders.
• Cancelled & Returned Orders: If a customer cancels an order, rejects Cash on Delivery (COD) shipment, or returns a physical product within the valid return period, no seller profit is generated or credited for that order.
• Non-Investment Guarantee: RiseCart Pro is purely a product-sales ecosystem. It is NOT an investment scheme, financial deposit program, daily return system, or multi-level recruitment network.

Profit Clearance & Payout Settlement Window (10 to 15 Days)

• Settlement Timeline: Once an order is successfully delivered to the customer, Net Profits clear into the seller's withdrawable dashboard balance within 10 to 15 calendar days.
• Settlement Reason: This settlement window is mandatory to accommodate courier company payment processing cycles, Cash on Delivery clearance, and valid customer return windows.
• Withdrawal Requests: Once profits transition to the cleared balance, sellers can submit direct withdrawal requests through the dashboard to receive funds in their verified bank/wallet accounts.

Marketing, Creatives & Advertising Guidelines

• Organic Promotion: Sellers are encouraged to share downloadable video ad creatives and unique links across organic social media channels, personal networks, and messaging groups.
• Paid Advertising Disclaimer (Facebook / TikTok Ads): Sellers running Paid Ads do so independently at their own financial risk. Sellers must ensure they possess Ads Manager expertise and that the product's Net Profit margin exceeds their planned ad spend budget. RiseCart Pro is not responsible for advertising losses incurred by sellers.

Return & Refund Operational Rules

• Physical Goods: Returned products are accepted only if unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging.
• Digital Assets: Purchases of digital products (courses, e-books, assets) are strictly non-refundable once unlocked inside the customer account.
