This policy applies to physical products purchased through the RiseCart Pro online store operated by REALRISE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require courier shipment.
1. Order Fulfillment Turnaround (Customer & Payment Partners)
Estimated total fulfillment time: Up to 12 business days from payment confirmation (verification 1–2 days, dispatch 2–3 days, delivery 3–7 days). Payment verification typically takes 1–2 business days after we receive your payment proof or gateway confirmation. If goods are not received within this window, contact us at info.realrise@gmail.com before initiating a bank or payment-gateway dispute.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed after payment verification by our admin team (bank transfer, PayFast gateway, or other approved method shown at checkout).
- Physical items are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding public holidays.
- You will receive an order confirmation with your order number; use this for all shipping enquiries.
3. Courier & Tracking
- Shipments are sent via TCS, Leopard Courier, or an equivalent registered courier partner depending on destination and availability.
- Tracking: Tracking number shared by SMS/WhatsApp and email once the order is dispatched.
- If a tracking number is not received within 5 business days of payment confirmation, contact us at info.realrise@gmail.com or 03193517141 with your order number.
4. Estimated Delivery Window
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (major cities); up to 10 business days for other areas.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or remote locations.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your phone and address details are accurate.
5. Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of PKR 300 applies to orders containing physical products, shown at cart and checkout before you place your order.
- Product prices are in PKR; all product prices are displayed in pkr and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Free or promotional shipping, when offered, will be stated clearly on the store or product page.
6. Delays, Lost Parcels & Non-Delivery
- If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us within 14 days of the dispatch notification so we can lodge a trace with the courier.
- For lost or severely delayed shipments confirmed by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion after investigation.
- We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address or unreachable contact number.
