Returns and Refund Policy
- Damaged/Wrong Items: Customers can request an exchange or refund within 3 days of delivery if the physical item received is damaged, broken, or completely different from the description.
- Digital Products & Fees: Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate resource allocation, digital downloads, software licenses, and the one-time affiliate setup fees are non-refundable once accessed or activated.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds for physical items are processed back to the original payment method (Bank Account/Wallet) within 7–10 working days.

- خراب یا غلط پروڈکٹ: اگر موصول ہونے والی فزیکل پروڈکٹ خراب ہو، ٹوٹی ہو یا ڈسکرپشن سے مختلف ہو، تو کسٹمر ڈیلیوری کے 3 دن کے اندر واپسی یا تبدیلی کی درخواست کر سکتا ہے۔
- ڈیجیٹل مصنوعات اور فیس: ڈیجیٹل ڈاؤن لوڈز، لائسنسز اور افیلیٹ پروگرام کی ایک بار کی سیٹ اپ فیس، ان کی فوری ایکٹیویشن اور نوعیت کے باعث ایک بار ادا ہونے کے بعد واپس (Refund) نہیں ہو سکتیں۔
- طریقہ کار: فزیکل پروڈکٹس کی واپسی کی منظوری کے بعد، رقم 7 سے 10 ورکنگ دنوں میں آپ کے اصل اکاؤنٹ (بینک یا ویلٹ) میں منتقل کر دی جاتی ہے۔
