Returns & Exchange Policy

This policy covers physical products (e.g. apparel) purchased through the RiseCart Pro store. Membership registration fees and digital affiliate tools are governed by our Terms & Conditions and are non-refundable once activated.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery for eligible physical items.
  • Contact us at info.realrise@gmail.com or 03193517141 with your order number, product name, and reason.

2. Condition of Goods

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items showing wear, damage, stains, or missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For defective or wrong items sent by us, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we will arrange replacement or refund including return shipping at our cost.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / size exchange: the customer bears the cost of return shipping to our Lahore address unless a promotional offer states otherwise.
  • Our error or defective product: RealRise (SMC-Private) Limited bears return shipping and reshipment costs.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or bank account within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Exchanges

  • Size or colour exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested variant is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
  • Exchange shipping for approved exchanges may incur a standard courier fee unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products, downloadable content, and membership activation fees.
  • Items marked final sale or clearance on the product page.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse or alteration.

6. How to Start a Return

  1. Email info.realrise@gmail.com with subject line "Return – [Order Number]".
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item securely; we are not responsible for parcels lost in return transit without tracking.
  4. Refunds are issued after inspection at our warehouse/office address listed in Contact Us.
