Customer Order & Fulfillment Flow

RiseCart Pro provides a seamless ordering experience for both physical retail goods and downloadable digital products:

• Physical Products (Cash on Delivery):
  • Orders Under PKR 3,000: Delivered with Free Shipping across Pakistan.
  • Orders PKR 3,000 & Above: Applicable delivery charges apply (confirmed with the customer via call/message prior to dispatch).
  • Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed through managed supplier logistics and delivered via courier on Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Return Policy: Returns are accepted only if the physical item remains unopened, unused, undamaged, and sealed in its original packaging.
• Digital Products (E-Books & Skill Courses):
  • Customers create a Free Customer Account on RiseCart Pro.
  • Payments are submitted manually and verified by Admin. Upon approval, digital files become instantly accessible for download inside the customer's dashboard.
  • Digital products are strictly Non-Refundable once access is granted.

SaaS Seller Model — PKR 2,800/Year

RiseCart Pro enables individuals to operate an online selling business with zero inventory holding, zero warehousing costs, and zero courier handling hassles:

• Annual Subscription: PKR 2,800 / Year (Non-refundable once seller dashboard access is granted).
• Seller Dashboard Access & UI Features:
  • Complete Catalog Access: Promote both Physical and Digital products listed on RiseCart Pro.
  • Transparent Profit Margin Display: View the exact Customer Retail Price and Seller Net Profit for every item (wholesale costs, logistics fees, and taxes are managed on the backend by Admin).
  • Unique Selling Links: Direct referral links generated for every product for accurate sales attribution.
  • 1-Click Downloadable Video Ads: Pre-made, high-converting video creatives ready for promotion.
  • Dashboard Analytics: Track unique link clicks, sales performance, account balance, and submit earnings withdrawal requests directly to Admin.

Seller Execution & Advertising Safety Guidelines

1. Download & Share: Sellers select a product from their dashboard, download the ready-to-use video ad, copy their unique selling link, and share it across social channels (Facebook, WhatsApp groups, Instagram, TikTok).
2. Automated Backend Operations: When a customer buys via the seller's link, RiseCart Pro Admin handles order processing, supplier dispatch, COD courier shipping, and delivery verification.
3. Important Marketing Disclaimer (Paid Ads): Sellers are encouraged to focus on organic marketing. Sellers choosing to run Paid Ads (Facebook/TikTok Ads) must ensure they have Ads Manager experience and that the product's Net Profit margin exceeds their planned ad spend budget to prevent personal financial loss.

Profit Clearance & Payout Rules

• Verified Completed Sales Only: Seller net profits are credited exclusively on 100% completed, delivered, and non-returned orders. Returned, cancelled, or rejected orders do not generate profit payouts.
• 10 to 15 Days Clearance Window: Once an order is successfully delivered to the customer, the net profit clears into the seller's withdrawable dashboard balance within 10 to 15 days (to align with courier and supplier settlement timelines). Sellers can then request direct balance withdrawals to their accounts.
