Business Model & Compliance Overview

1. Primary Business Activity

• Retail sales: We sell physical and digital products to end customers through our online store. Revenue from product sales is the core commercial activity.
• Affiliate promotion: Registered members may share product links and earn commissions when genuine customers complete paid orders through those links.
• We do not guarantee fixed returns, salaries, or profits. Earnings depend on actual sales performance and program rules shown in the member dashboard.

2. Membership & One-Time Registration Fee

• A one-time registration fee unlocks the member dashboard, affiliate tools, training support, and platform access. This fee is disclosed before signup and is non-refundable after activation (see Terms).
• The fee is not a deposit or investment product. It pays for platform services and onboarding, similar to a seller/affiliate program enrollment.
• Membership activation requires payment verification (e.g. bank transfer TID) by our admin team.

3. Referral Program (Not a Pyramid Scheme)

• Members may invite others using personal referral links. The system enforces a maximum of 5 direct referrals per member to limit uncontrolled chain recruitment.
• Referral-related rewards are tied to verified signups and/or real product sales, not to recruiting alone. Fake signups, self-referrals, and bot traffic result in permanent suspension without payout.
• We do not pay commissions for recruitment without underlying commercial activity where program rules require a qualifying sale or verified activation as defined in the dashboard.
• This structure is designed as a capped affiliate network for product distribution, not as multi-level marketing based on endless downlines or mandatory inventory loading.

4. Payments, Payouts & Fraud Controls

• Customer store orders and member withdrawals are processed in PKR via approved local channels.
• Wallet balances and withdrawals are subject to audit before release.
• We maintain order records, payment proofs, and referral logs for dispute and compliance review.

6. For Payment Partners

Store checkout payments are collected for goods and services sold to customers. Member registration and commission payouts are operated on separate verified flows. For payment disputes on store orders, customers may contact us within 7 days at info.realrise@gmail.com as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
